A little about me
I am a trainee counsellor in my fifth year of training at the Institute of Psychosynthesis in London. I offer low-cost counselling sessions in a confidential, supportive and non-judgemental space.
My own experience has taught me that life can sometimes feel complicated and difficult to navigate. I believe that having someone alongside us — someone who can listen carefully and without judgement — can make a real difference.
My approach
My training is in Psychosynthesis counselling, an approach that looks at the whole person — our thoughts, feelings, relationships, experiences, hopes and sense of meaning and purpose.
I believe that each person has their own inner resources and potential for growth. Counselling can provide an opportunity to slow down, become more aware of what is happening within us, and explore patterns that may no longer be serving us.
I aim to offer a relationship based on understanding, compassion and respect, where you can explore what is happening for you at your own pace.
My experience
Alongside my counselling training, I am a trained Co-Active Coach and have experience supporting people to explore their goals, challenges and aspirations.
I bring curiosity, warmth and openness to my work, and I value creating a space where you can feel heard and accepted as you are.
Working together
You don't need to arrive with everything figured out. Sometimes simply having a space to talk can be the beginning of something changing.
If you feel that counselling might be helpful, I would be happy to hear from you.
